Ever wanted to meet the person behind your favorite wine? Now's your chance! We're inviting one of the most inspired and up-and-coming young winegrowers in Germany to join us for dinner.
27 year-old Andi Weigand runs a small, family-owned winery in Frankonia, Germany. Everything Andi does, he does with consistency, passion and conviction. For his wine that means: 100% organic, 100% hand-picking, and 100% spontaneous fermentation. He cares deeply about maintaining biodiversity in his vineyard and reducing intervention with his wine to the absolute minimum. We LOVE Andi's wines and can't wait to show them off at dinner.
We'll be having a lovely three-course meal made from organic, regional and seasonal ingredients prepared by Laura from the supperclub "An Introduction To". And, of course, there'll be wine -- and LOADS of it! Each course will be paired with unlimited wine from Andi's line "Der Wilde". To round off the evening, Geist im Glas will serve up a wine cocktail to go with dessert. In other words: the perfect Friday night.
We'll keep the event intimate and private, so that you can all get a chance to hear from Andi. Tickets are therefore limited. So make sure to book yours soon!
