Join the third edition of Seb & Soph's pop-ups where they pair specialty beers and food at Rbabarrab.

Thursday, the 28th of March, the house chef, Sebastian Rydahl, makes 50 x sandwiches with duck confit, pickled mushrooms with thyme, and a homemade mayonnaise with ramson, all served with a mega fruity and sour beer.

The sandwich is paired with a Sour Ale from Omnipollo. It is the beer world's answer to a raspberry creme brulée, lies at 6%, and then it is silky soft with a lovely balance between sweetness and acidity that comes from a large portion of raspberries!

The price for a sandwich and a beer is 85 kr.
