Koldhøne is a joint venture between Esben, Rasmus, Jon & Solfinn hosting pop up’s with various themes & formats, but focus will always on good craftsmanship & casual hygge.
1st Edition is MEX inspired with Jon & Esben in the kitchen. Both having traveled Mexico extensively & learned the traditional recipes first hand from old ladies far away from the hipster trail. Jon being one of the first to bring real tacos to town & Esben still serving them to you in Vesterbro.
You will find Rasmus behind the bar, where he has spent most of his adult life, and on the night he will be whipping up drinks and other homemade bubbly stuff.
Solfinn will take the floor and go down with it! He will also bring his notorious selection of natural wines & beyond from Rødder & Vin to be sold at the bar by the glass or bottle.
The menu of the evening includes a themed apero and a sweet wine to finish off the dinner.
Full menu is only 395 kr. Tickets will be on sale from Monday the 21st of january 12:00. So be quick and beat your SoMe neighbours to it, or maybe invite them too!

Who are we & why do we do this??
4 friends with a lifetime of experience within the hospitality industry wants to throw a party. However we all suffer from an occupational hazard: We find ourselves more at ease behind a stove, a bar or an apron than being the center of a attention hosting the party.
What to do??
Well only one thing really; host a pop up where we pretend to work, and you pretend to be our guest. But in reality we’re all just doing what we are best at, and what we really enjoy doing.
You: Relax, eat & drink until the person across the table is the most beautiful, witty & interesting person you ever met. You know, like a real dinner party.
We: Cook our favourite food, stir up a few cocktails & open bottles of wine, cider & other fermented stuff.
How: You book a ticket via RSVP (follow link), show up with additional cash, plastic or phone for what you wanna drink in between complementary apero & sweet wine. Get a free hug in the door, find a seat at the communal tables & start talking to friends and future friends.
Fun Fact: All four of us have become friends through serving some kind of something for each other. So come to the bar, pick up a bottle and share it with your table. That’s when the real fun starts...
