The future of food is being created right now in plain sight, but most people are simply not aware of what that means, let alone how it will affect our lives.
We see the future of food as an integrated field that also includes technology, biohacking and accessible high-end gastronomy.
At this event, we try to make these fields meet properly.
The Hands-on Foodtech Dinner is…
An interactive 6-course dinner where you become part of a cooking team, serving up a transformative food experience alongside some of the most inspiring foodtech startups in Copenhagen.
Under the careful supervision of chef Casper Larsen as well as Plantjammer’s lead food scientist Damien Saramet-Comsa, teams will co-cook one of the servings each while discovering a whole new level of coziness in the amazing surroundings of restaurant NAERT.
We focus on actually getting to know the origin and process behind what you’re eating as well as how it affects your body, mind, and soul. Nutritionist Cecilia Ramos Clausen has developed the nutritional profile of the courses with a focus on how to boost your own health in a tasty way.

WHO: food startups, food industry people & generally people who are passionate about food
It will be possible to purchase suitable wines and drinks at the event plus there will be a little tasting corner for trying new local food products.
