Vito and Paolo Dicecca are the forces behind Caseificio DiCecca, one of Italy's greatest cheese shops located in the heart of Puglia, the birthplace of burrata. They're known for their exacting technique, their inventive stylings, and for their insistence that to truly experience burrata, you must eat it moments after its made.
You'll have the chance to do just that on May 12th, when the Burrata Brothers come to Barcelona for a special event at bEAuTy Food Academy, where they’ll be making cheese to order in a feast that combines Italy's remarkable mozzarella culture with some of Barcelona's most inventive cooking.
Cooking in Motion’s Sebastian Mazzola will work with the brothers to build a multi-course love letter to one of the world’s greatest cheeses, made by some of its most celebrated masters. Learn the secrets of perfect burrata, eat and drink the afternoon away, and take part in a one-time event that will change what you thought you knew about cheese.
