ONA’s next Pop-Up will take place in Basel, Switzerland.
BASEL ON FIRE will be open daily from 7th of June until 15th of June 2019 from 6 to 11pm.
We serve an open fire tasting menu created by two young chefs, Thibaut Marlin and Clément Guernalec from Paris. Thibaut Marlin used to be Sous-Chef at Restaurant AT and is currently working at Carbòn, Paris. Clément Guernalec cooked for Septime in Paris and La Buvette in Bruxelles. Our menu of four courses, all prepared over open fire, will be paired with a selection of natural wines.
Our Pop-Up will be open during the ART Basel, the absolute hotspot for art lovers in early June, attracting artists, gallerists and buyers from all over the world.
Our location “filter4” is a former underground water reservoir facing a small plaza overviewing Basel. We can easily be reached by public transportation from the exhibition square as well as the city center.
