British-Born Chef Adam Rawson will be joining forces with Smoke & Salt for a globally-influenced menu as part of our monthly Chef-Collaboration Series for one night only at The Chapel Bar, Angel (5 minutes walk from the station).
We first met Adam early this year in a bid to try to collaborate on some delicious popups. Now we've finally got a menu put together and are ready to share our take on small tasting plates with you.
By now you've all seen what Adam can do (his YBF Award for Best Chef 2015 should say enough) so we really appreciate his time being taken to join us as we have some real fun in the kitchen.
