RED London is kicking off it's guest chef table in May with Santiago Lastra, a great new talent full of skills and personality who was Noma Mexico's project manager 2 Michelin Star Noma Head Chef Rene Redzepi. His culinary experience ranges from Italy to Mexico with a total of 18 countries. Santiago is bringing to RED a flavour of Mexican spring with our best local and seasonal ingredients.
